آسٽريليا جي شهر ”ڪيئرنز“ ۾ زرعي جنسون ايڪسپورٽ ڪندڙ رياستن جي اتحاد سان 1986ع ۾ ”يُوراگوئي مذاڪرات“ جي ’زراعت ۽ واپار جي آزاد سرگرمين بابت سهڪار وارين ڳالهين‘ کان الڳ حيثيت ۾ قائم ٿيو. انهيءَ گروپ جا چئني کنڊن مان 18 ميمبر آهن جن ۾: ارجنٽائين، آسٽريليا، برازيل، ڪئنيڊا، چلي، ڪولمبيا، فجي، هنگري، انڊونيشيا، برازيل، ملائيشيا، نيوزي لئنڊ، فلپينس ، ٿائيلينڊ ۽ يوراگوئي ،ڪوسٽاريڪا ۽ گوئٽيمالا شامل آهن . هي گروپ زراعت جي حوالي سان بين الاقوامي زراعت جي اوسر بابت اپاءُ وٺي ٿو ۽ انهي ۾ سڌارا آڻي ٿو. ان سان گڏ بين الاقوامي سطح تي زرعي پاليسيون جوڙڻ جي عمل ۾ هڪ موقف اختيار ڪندي ۽ گڏيل تجويزون ڏيندي پنهنجن اُپايل وکرن جي مُلهه ۽ کليل منڊيءَ ۾ فراهميءَ جي شرطن کي قبوليت ڏيارڻ لاءِ جاکوڙي ٿو
